Don't have access to the article? Read about our open access policy here.
Studies remain incomplete on the prevalence of Internet usage in homeless and uninsured youth and associations with mental health. Here we describe the results of a pilot study on the prevalence of Internet usage in a cohort of homeless and uninsured adolescents, and examine mental health and risk behavior correlates. We hypothesized that Internet usage would be prevalent and that overweight status, disordered eating, and depressed mood would correlate with increased usage. (abstract from the article)
