A Dream Denied: the Criminalization of Homelessness in Us Citites
This report contains the results from a survey of 224 cities across the nation on their laws and practices. It also ranks the top 20 US cities with the worst practices in relation to criminializing homelessness, by focusing on specific city measures since 2005 that have targeted the homeless. For example, laws that make it illegal to sleep, eat or sit in public places. (Authors)
