Best Practices Addressing Homelessness

This is a Socio-Economic Series Report on best practices. CMHC has provided the funds for a cross-section of agencies involoved with homelessness to document their "best practice" projects.These projects have effectively addressed the needs of homeless people and those "at risk" of homelessness.The ten "best practices" represent a broad range of responses applicable to the diversity of the homeless population throughout the country.
