CES - First Steps in Quality
Author(s):
First steps in quality is written for individuals and organisations who are new or fairly new to quality. It is for trustees, staff and volunteers in small and medium-sized voluntary and community organisations who want to find out more about quality and the different quality systems available.

This booklet uses everyday language and gives you an introduction to quality and to the possible benefits of using a quality system. It will help you start thinking about the system best suited to your needs and circumstances and those of your users.
