Provides a portrait of homeless persons with alcohol, drug, and mental (ADM) disorders and an agenda for clinicians, researchers, and policymakers faced with developing individual- and community-level interventions. Homelessness is a tragedy for any affected individual, but a special responsibility is placed on psychologists for understanding, helping, and advocating for persons who are stigmatized, disabled, and at risk for homelessness because of their ADM disorders.
