Description: The report summarizes the housing, health and social issues of homeless people in Victory Square. Surveryors interviewed over 200 people living in a number of formal and make-shift shelter situations in the area. The studies finds that these homeless people are at-risk for a number of health and social problems as many are absolutely and terminally homeless and without proper means for subsistence.
