The Relations Between Homelessness & Health in Canada: Research Lessons and Priorities
This discussion paper was written for the International Think Tank on Reducing Health Disparities and Promoting Equity for Vulnerable Populations from September 21-23, 2003, in Ottawa, Canada. It is intended to provoke questions and to raise issues for discussion during the meeting. It was prepared to provide an overview of homelessness research and to stimulate discussion on strategic directions for research. We identified studies on homelessness, with an emphasis on Canadian research. Later it was published in the Canadian Journal of Public Health (Vol 96, pp.S23-S29, 2005).
