Description: According to an abstract submitted by the authors to the 37th ICAAC, held September 28 - October 1, 1997, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, "Background: Tuberculosis (TB) incidence rates among the homeless in Toronto are 10 times higher than the provincial rate. With increasing homelessness, TB spread among this Tuberculosis (TB) incidence rates among the homeless in Toronto are 10 times higher than the provincial rate.
