Youth Homelessness : the Street and Work - From Exclusion to Integration
The authors of this article explain that the phenomenon of street youth must be seen through a complex structure of complicated explications of the connections between individual and systematic factors. They offer two explications of the phenomenon in the North American context. According to the first explication, the street youth are a special group of homeless people that appeared due to the social transformations of post-industrial societies. According to the second, the youth homelessness is a particular experience of young people and is their response to the present social transformations.
