Point-in-Time Count Toolkit

Purpose of the COH PiT Count Toolkit

The Homelessness Partnering Strategy is supporting communities to participate in the HPS Coordinated Point-in-Time Count, occurring the first sixty days of 2016. The COH Point-in-Time Count Toolkit will help communities to plan and implement accurate PiT Counts. This Toolkit should be used alongside the HPS Guide to Point-in-Time Counts in Canada.

As part of the Point-in-Time Count Toolkit, the Canadian Observatory on Homelessness (COH) will release a series of templates, modules, case studies and webinars to support communities.
