Given the reputation and success of the Homeless Hub website, the Institute of Global Homelessness (IGH) contracted Hub Solutions to lead the design and development of the IGH Hub. The goal of the IGH Hub is to connect researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to one another, to ideas, and to best practices from around the world.
The idea
Building a website for a global audience presented significant challenges in the planning and design stages. We worked with the IGH team to facilitate discussions with their global audience, who collectively helped identify key features and content required for their website. We conducted one-on-one usability evaluations with key stakeholders to further refine the website’s navigation, content and design.
