2010 PATH Grantee Meeting Videos: YouTube Page

The 2010 PATH Grantee Meeting focused on Creating Effective PATH Programs in the Era of Health Care Reform. This theme represents SAMHSA's focus on how health care reform will shape the future of behavioral health care.

In addition, the 2010 PATH Grantee Meeting also highlighted the efforts to continue to move towards collecting and reporting PATH data into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). HMIS will be an important tool that will help to tell the PATH story and to show program progress and effectiveness.

Finally, the theme of the 2010 meeting captures SAMHSA's mission to reduce the impact of substance use and mental illness on America's communities, and it draws attention to the Nation's challenge to prevent and end chronic homelessness in five years.

The entire PATH community includes State PATH Contacts, nearly 600 PATH provider organizations and sub-grantees from around the country, SAMHSA staff, and other Federal partners. In order to accommodate the PATH community's participation in the biennial grantee meeting, special sessions, included here in this video series, used live video web streaming capabilities to create a unique opportunity for PATH to expand its reach and create broader learning communities to address the needs of individuals enrolled in PATH.
