This report was born from a recognition that Indigenous Peoples who live at Horizon Housing — a non-profit affordable housing provider in Calgary — experience disproportionately high levels of housing instability as a result of non-voluntary exits. Horizon engaged consultant, Nick Falvo, to explore this issue.
