Meaningful Change for Family Justice: Beyond Wise Words

The Family Justice Working Group’s report, Meaningful Change for Family Justice, addresses the gap between research based recommendations for improvement in family law and implementation of these recommendations in practice. Acknowledging that both the problems and potential solutions have already be extensively documented, the Working Group identifies two key barriers to implementation and issues 33 recommendations for meaningful change in family law.
