Cheryl A. Bushman leads a Life Resources Group for Project LINK, a program at Mental Health Mental Retardation of Tarrant County in Texas. She uses her own lived experience to connect with people in recovery from chronic homelessness, mental illness, and substance abuse. Project LINK uses the evidence-based practice of PACT to expand intensive treatment and supports within permanent supportive housing.
