The Social and Economic Value of Dedicated-Site Supportive Housing in B.C.

Five case studies of dedicated-site supportive housing programs receiving investment from BC Housing are featured:The Budzey Building, Vancouver; Cardington Apartments, Kelowna; The Kettle on Burrard, Vancouver; Queens Manor, Victoria and Wesley Street, Nanaimo. These case studies illustrate the range of supportive housing options across the province and the range of value created by supportive housing buildings in B.C., leading to a deeper appreciation of the overall social and economic value of investment.
