A submission by the BC Poverty Reduction Coalition to the Government of BC to help inform the development of the poverty reduction strategy for BC.  Included in this submission are
Five Fundamental Principals for inclusion in the strategy which include:
• Human rights foundation;
• Upstream focus to end poverty and inequity;
• Whole-of-government responsibility;
• Legislated targets and timelines;
• Poverty reduction as an economic investment for our province.
