Module 3: Engaging Stakeholders (Advanced)

In this Advanced Systems Planning module, participants are instructed on ways to expand their local systems planning network beyond the “usual suspects” in the homeless-serving sector. In this module, participants will learn to identify the potential roles and responsibilities for different sectors, organizations, and community members to catalyze and sustain systems change. Participants will also learn how to meaningfully engage different stakeholder groups (people with lived experience, government, public systems, funders, etc.)
