Chelsea Barnett is a communications strategist and researcher who has delivered innovative and engaging solutions across brand identity, print and digital media, and policy reform. In her previous role at Planned Parenthood Toronto, Chelsea spearheaded the advocacy campaign that successfully brought to force the Safe Access to Abortion Services Act, 2017. Her passion for engaging equality-seeking perspectives in nonprofit communications has led Chelsea to work with clients such as the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), Just for Laughs, the National Association for Women in the Law, and has now brought her to the COH. Chelsea has a MA in Communications Studies from Concordia University, a Diploma in Adult Education from UBC, and a BA (jt. hons.) in Women's Studies and Philosophy from McGill.
