Makayla Miller
Research Assistant, Indigenous Homelessness
My name is Makayla Miller, I am an Anicinapekwe of Apitipi Anicinapek Nation, the unceded territory of the Algonquin Peoples, and belong to the Bear Clan. In 2018, I completed my degree in Social Work at the University of Regina. Present day, I am applying for a Master of Social Work with specialization in Indigenous Trauma and Resiliency. I am passionate about social change and research, especially in the lives of our Indigenous Peoples across Turtle Island.
