This report was developed in response to frontline CBSS organizations who were alarmed by the escalating number of seniors facing homelessness later in life. Drawing upon statistical data and interview findings, the report highlights the critical issue of seniors struggling to secure affordable housing in the face of soaring living costs, stagnant government retirement incomes, and a shortage of affordable housing.
