The Automated National Client-specific Homeless Services Recording (ANCHoR) System makes available to providers and local state governments a continuum of care information system for homeless recovery. This implementation and information resource guide describes the concept, development and testing of ANCHoR. Other information provided includes: an overview of design; security, confidentiality and data sharing; software support; and draft forms for outreach, assessment, residential services, and service planning.
