The Community Homelessness Report (CHR) is an annual Reaching Home reporting deliverable that supports communities to prevent and reduce homelessness. Our report from the Region of Waterloo highlights the work we’ve been doing as a community to implement a coordinated, systems-based, and data-driven response to addressing the challenge of people experiencing homelessness in our community. In it, we explore new initiatives we’ve undertaken to address the needs of those experiencing homelessness in our community and some of the challenges therein. We also speak to the data work ongoing in our community and how this was affected by the pandemic.
