Canadian Observatory on HomelessnessThe 2000 Family Housing Collaborative Evaluation assesses the performance of all three providers in CSB’s Family Housing Collaborative. It examines program performance for the twelve-month period from July 1, 1999 to June 30, 2000. The evaluation is based on information collected from on-site interviews with staff, client data from CSB’s Management Information System and review of financial records. (Authors)
