Models for Sustainable Partnerships Between Housing Providers and Community Agencies To Address Homelessness

This report describes eight partnership initiatives that involve housing providers and service agencies working together to address homelessness. The housing providers are making units available to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who face barriers accessing affordable housing. Community agencies are providing support to help tenants/residents maintain their housing. Local, provincial and federal governments also play a role through the provision of land, project coordination, and funding.
