Also includes proposals to address homelessness in a number of areas, including housing, health and social services, employment and education. Makes a number of recommendations, including a statutory requirement for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) to produce a homelessness strategy, for preventing and alleviating homelessness, every five years.
